Programme Manager – Transactional Services (Banking / Financial Services)

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives within Transactional Services.

The role is responsible for ensuring strategic alignment, disciplined execution, governance, and measurable outcomes across multiple workstreams, while managing risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

You will act as the single point of accountability for programme delivery across business, IT, operations, risk, and compliance environments.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience delivering large-scale banking/financial services programmes
Strong background in Transactional Services / Payments / Core Banking
Programme management experience (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Strong stakeholder engagement at executive level
Budgeting, governance, risk & benefits tracking expertise
Ability to manage multi-vendor, multi-workstream environments

Qualifications:

B Degree (BCom / BBA or equivalent)
PMP®, Scrum, SAFe®, ITIL® certifications advantageous
