Key Responsibilities

Production Control: Coordinate, and control daily production activities to meet output, quality, and cost targets.
Team Leadership: Manage and lead production teams across shifts, ensuring optimal workforce utilisation and high performance.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to ISO standards, health, safety, and environmental regulations across all production activities.
Performance Monitoring: Track production KPIs, downtime, scrap rates, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
