Role Overview

Werkie is recruiting for a Production Manager / Produksie Bestuurder (AN 29) in Alrode. This role sits in Engineering, Manufacturing & Technical Trades and is suited to someone who can contribute with discipline, sound judgement and practical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all production activities at the Alrode factory.
Develop and implement production plans to achieve productivity and quality targets.
Continuously monitor production processes and recommend improvements where necessary.
Ensure the factory is kept neat, clean, and organised, and that all production meets required quality standards.

Requirements

3+ years' experience, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment
Clear communication, good organisation and reliable follow-through.
A practical working style with attention to detail and service quality.
