Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on engineering degree/diploma or Diploma in Production Management (NQF-Level 6/7).
Keep momentum on minimum 5 years of Production experience in the Metal Industry / Automotive Industry or similar, preferably OEM.
Take ownership of Experience in the Welding department is an advantage.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Production Manager - Pinetown (KZN).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

5 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
