Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on +4 years' experience in a Production Supervisor, Process Owner, or Maintenance Owner role within the food manufacturing industry.
Take ownership of Strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, sanitation standards, and local manufacturing regulations.
Keep momentum on ability to work in high-noise manufacturing environments.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Production Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

4 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
