Where You'll Make an Impact:

Manage operations within the production department to ensure optimal output of anti-venom products.

Implement and oversee QA processes and SOPs in line with GMP standards.

Monitor equipment calibration and maintenance to ensure compliance.

Manage assets, including Capex, and oversee procurement of consumables.

Generate and review management reports for continuous improvement.

Coach and develop staff to ensure understanding of GMP and policy requirements.

Ensure the department adheres to OHSA safety standards.

Compile SOPs and production documentation to meet GMP regulations.

Duties:

Manage production operations to meet output and quality targets.
Implement and maintain Quality Assurance processes in compliance with GMP.
Oversee equipment calibration and routine maintenance.
Manage assets, Capex, and procurement activities.
Prepare and review management reports.
Lead staff training and development initiatives.
Ensure safety standards are enforced in the workplace.
Develop and update SOPs and related documentation.

Requirements:

6 to 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical production management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in R, RPE, and C programming languages.
Sound financial management and operational planning abilities.
Knowledge of GMP, OHSA, and pharmaceutical regulations.
