Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on strong working knowledge of OHS requirements, lock-out procedures, incident reporting, and environmental compliance in wood processing.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Production Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.

Requirements

Relevant experience in environmental or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
