Futurelink Global Recruitment is hiring a PRODUCTION MANAGER [AUTOMOTIVE & MANUFACTURING] in Pinetown. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to keeping technical work accurate, practical and aligned to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Keep momentum on minimum 5 years' production experience within manufacturing.
Keep momentum on experience within Automotive, Metal, or OEM manufacturing environments preferred.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a PRODUCTION MANAGER [AUTOMOTIVE & MANUFACTURING].
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

5 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
