Profile Personnel needs a Production Engineer Graduate who can step into a practical role in Gqeberha. A key part of the work involves Support Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, and root-cause analysis initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing monitor key manufacturing KPIs including OEE, downtime, scrap rates, cycle times, and efficiency.
Keep momentum on support the implementation of Industrial IoT (IIoT), automation, and digital manufacturing technologies.
Keep momentum on 0–2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Production Engineer Graduate.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

A practical working style with the ability to prioritise when several tasks compete.
