Synopsis

An equipment-focused business is seeking a Product Support and Sales Representative to assist mining and construction customers with product selection, service coordination, and ongoing account support. The role combines field relationships with technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with mining and construction customers.
Understand customer equipment needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Coordinate product support, inspections, and service requirements.
Prepare quotations and follow opportunities through to completion.
Keep informed about safety procedures and customer site requirements.
Monitor customer feedback and escalate technical or service issues.
Maintain accurate account, pipeline, and activity records.

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

Trade qualification or relevant technical experience.
Experience with heavy equipment, mining, construction, or industrial products.
Customer-facing sales or product-support experience.
Strong communication, planning, and follow-up skills.
Willingness to travel to customer and operational sites.
