Product Promoters

We are currently looking for a Promoter to promote products to customers, increase brand awareness, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service through engaging product demonstrations and interactions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
• Previous experience in sales, promotions, or retail (advantageous)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a friendly and energetic personality
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Basic understanding of sales techniques
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence and outgoing personality
• Strong customer service orientation
• Target-driven and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Professional appearance and conduct

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and demonstrate the client's products to customers in-store or at events
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
• Drive sales and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Set up promotional stands, displays, and merchandising materials
• Maintain product knowledge to confidently communicate features and benefits
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors
• Collect customer feedback and market insights
• Ensure brand standards and presentation guidelines are consistently maintained
• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional promotional area
• Retail environment (shopping malls, stores, exhibitions, events)
• Standing for extended periods
• Interaction with a high volume of customers daily
