Role Overview
Sabenza IT Recruitment is hiring a Procurement Admin Clerk in Durban. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused admin team with practical day-to-day responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team by managing to ensure the smooth, accurate, and compliant handling of administrative, procurement, and financial support processes across stores, Distribution Centre (DC), and Head O.
- Support the team by managing handle and process insurance claims and incident reports.
- Support the team by managing liaise with all relevant parties regarding insurance-related matters.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Procurement Admin Clerk.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Requirements
- Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of admin work.
- Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
- Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
