Process & Compliance Coordinator
Measured Ability Group of Companies is seeking a highly administrative, governance-focused professional for a temporary project-based Process & Compliance Coordinator role.
This opportunity is ideally suited to an exceptionally organised individual with strong compliance, governance, operational auditing, and legal-administrative capabilities who thrives in structured, process-driven environments.
Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist with a range of governance, compliance, and operational projects across the business, including:

Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist with a range of governance, compliance, and operational projects across the business, including:
- Governance administration & documentation
- Internal operational audits
- Governance meeting coordination & minute-taking
- Internal protocol and SOP compliance reviews
- Documentation and record management
- Project coordination and systems rollout support
- Trust governance structures
- Internal governance documentation projects
- Operational process auditing
- Compliance and accountability initiatives
- Strong administrative background essential
- Exposure to governance, legal administration, compliance, HR, operations, or risk environments advantageous
- Knowledge and experience in respect of Company and Tax law
- Knowledge and experience in respect of BBBEE and Employment Equity compliance
- Knowledge of Australian Tax law advantageous
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
- Excellent organisational and reporting skills
- Strong written communication ability
- High attention to detail and process discipline
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Highly structured and deadline-driven
