Lead strategic initiatives in Preferential Procurement with a prominent organization committed to transforming procurement standards within the manufacturing, procurement, and petrochemical sectors for a 6-month contract. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to influence supplier KPI management, drive compliance, and foster supplier development to meet BBBEE standards.

Duties:

Manage and monitor the Preferential Procurement approach across sourcing plans.
Participate in the formulation and input of sourcing plans with a focus on supplier KPI setting.
Produce and publish monthly Preferential Procurement scorecards and Supplier Performance reports.
Develop or refine methodologies for measuring supplier performance.
Identify improvement opportunities, set targets, and develop plans to enhance supplier performance.
Collaborate with Supply Chain teams and Supplier Managers to support supplier improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with group standards and BBBEE performance measurement.
Engage with suppliers for BEE certificate tracking, verification, and guidance on BEE transformation.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years' experience in procurement, data analysis, or management.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and management practices.
Strong understanding of BBBEE compliance and supplier performance metrics.
Ability to develop and adapt methodologies for performance measurement.
