Role Overview

RPO Recruitment needs a Pr.CM Senior Site Agent / Contracts Manager | Civil Construction Industry who can step into a practical role in Eswatini. A key part of the work involves Pr.CM Senior Site Agent / Contracts Manager | Civil Construction Industry Degree or BTech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Proven experience on large road construction projects — this is non-negotiable.
Support the team by managing track record with one or more of the leading construction contractors in South Africa.
Take ownership of Familiarity with the current COTO specification for road construction.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Pr.CM Senior Site Agent / Contracts Manager | Civil Construction Industry.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Relevant experience in construction or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
