PowerBI / Power Platform Developer and Data Analyst (Hybrid, remote work with travel to office)
Introduction
We are seeking a skilled Power BI / Power Platform Developer and Data Analyst to join an innovative company operating in the water technology and environmental solutions sector. This role offers the opportunity to develop business intelligence solutions, automate business processes, and transform complex operational data into meaningful insights that support data-driven decision-making and sustainability initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Develop automated workflows and low-code applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Transform complex operational and environmental data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, operational staff, laboratories, and clients to gather business requirements.
- Enhance and support digital analytics platforms and internal business systems.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, data models, and data transformation processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business intelligence solutions and digital processes.
- Communicate insights and technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Experience & Technical Skills
- Strong experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) preferred.
- Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, Paginated Reports, and Power BI Service.
- Experience developing low-code solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with SQL databases, including querying, data transformation, and data modelling.
- Experience working with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams.
