Role Overview
Hire Resolve is hiring a Portfolio Manager - Commercial Insurance in Germiston. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused insurance team with practical day-to-day responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Client Portfolio Management: Manage, service, and retain an allocated portfolio of diverse commercial and corporate insurance clients.
- Keep momentum on risk Assessments and Advising: Conduct structured client reviews and comprehensive risk assessments to provide tailored insurance solutions aligned with client needs.
- Support the team by managing o An NQF Level 4 or 5 qualification in Short-Term Insurance.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Portfolio Manager - Commercial Insurance.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
- Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
