Portfolio Administrator/PA – Table view – R20 000 per month
A well-established business is seeking an exceptionally organized, accurate and dependable Administrator and Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will provide dedicated administrative support.
This position requires a proactive administrator who can manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records and work effectively under pressure in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture, update and maintain accurate listings.
  • Respond professionally to enquiries.
  • Process applications and supporting documentation.
  • Collect, verify and maintain FICA documentation.
  • Track transactions, application progress and outstanding requirements.
  • Maintain accurate information across management systems and spreadsheets.
  • Manage appointments, priorities and reminders.
  • Monitor follow-ups.
  • Prepare correspondence, documents and general administrative reports.
  • Provide secondary reception and front-office support when required.
  • Assist with administrative and portfolio-related duties.
Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12 / Matric.
  • A relevant office administration or business administration qualification would be advantageous.
  • Experience processing applications and FICA documentation would be advantageous.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and general online systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong diary-management, organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and competing deadlines.
  • Professional telephone manner and client-service approach.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Reliable transport.
