Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of Portfolio Administrator, Property management, Cape Town, Lease agreements, Tenant administration, MRI system, FICA, Rental arrears, Attention to detail, Interpersonal ski.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Portfolio Administrator Assistant.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
