RedM Professional Services is hiring a POPIA / Data Protection Lead (Cloud Environment) in Pretoria. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to building, supporting or improving systems that people rely on every day.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, and security teams to enforce privacy-by-design principles.
Take ownership of Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, IT Security, and business stakeholders.
Take ownership of o Minimum 5+ years in data protection, privacy, or information security roles.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a POPIA / Data Protection Lead (Cloud Environment).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience
A practical working style with the ability to prioritise when several tasks compete.
A professional approach to deadlines, service quality and daily priorities.
