About the Role

We are looking for a creative and organised Podcast Producer to oversee the production of engaging, high-quality podcast content from concept to publication. You will manage recording sessions, coordinate guests, edit audio, and ensure each episode is delivered on schedule while maintaining exceptional production standards.

What You'll Do

Plan, produce, and manage podcast episodes from pre-production to release
Coordinate recording schedules, guests, and production timelines
Record, edit, and enhance audio for professional-quality podcasts
Collaborate with hosts, writers, and marketing teams to develop engaging content
Write or review episode outlines, show notes, and promotional materials
Publish episodes across podcast platforms and manage distribution
Monitor podcast performance and audience engagement metrics
Maintain and troubleshoot recording equipment and audio software

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, Audio Production, or a related field (preferred)
Previous experience in podcast production, radio, broadcasting, or audio content creation is advantageous
Proficiency in audio editing software such as Adobe Audition, Audacity, Pro Tools, or similar
Strong project management and organisational skills
Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration abilities
Knowledge of podcast hosting platforms and digital distribution channels is advantageous
