PLATFORM ADMINISTRATOR
Role Overview
Competent Candidates needs a PLATFORM ADMINISTRATOR who can step into a practical role in Cape Town. A key part of the work involves PLATFORM ADMINISTRATOR Relevant diploma or Bachelor's degree, or ongoing studies in Business Administration, Financial Planning, Investment Management, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team by managing experience in a LISP or investment administration environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Support the team by managing capture new investment contracts and transfer instructions onto the platform accurately and timeously.
- Support the team by managing basic understanding of investment administration (advantageous but not required).
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a PLATFORM ADMINISTRATOR.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Requirements
- Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of investment work.
- Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
- Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
