Personal Assistant to COO

Our client in Milnerton is seeking a proactive and professional Personal Assistant to provide dedicated executive support to the COO while building and maintaining strong relationships with sponsors, partners and the broader community.

REQUIREMENTS
- Matric, or related qualification
- ESSENTIAL: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in an educational institution or multi-site service organisation advantageous
- Existing relationships with educational suppliers, community organisations or service providers are highly advantageous
- Strong computer literacy (Google Sheets, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to professionally represent the COO across all stakeholder groups
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven and naturally organised
- Exceptional work ethic and a track record of following through without being chased
- Ability to consistently handle sensitive information with total confidentiality
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle shifting priorities and emergencies
- Full management of the COO's calendar, meeting schedule, and daily priorities
- Preparing agendas, compiling minutes and tracking action items to closure
- Managing emails and correspondence on behalf of the COO
- Serving as first point of contact for school principals, staff, suppliers and external stakeholders
- Researching curriculum trends, competitor schools, regulatory updates and supplier options
- Preparing accurate briefing notes, board-ready reports and presentations
- Managing project & event coordination from planning to execution and post-event reporting
- Building brand awareness
- School Group Reporting & Tracking by compiling weekly and monthly reports
- Submitting accurate, timely and well-presented evidence for internal management meetings
