Role Overview

PG Group is recruiting for a People & Culture Officer in Bedfordview. This role sits in Retail, Wholesale, FMCG and is suited to someone who can contribute with discipline, sound judgement and practical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

2–3 years' HR generalist or People & Culture Officer experience, including hands-on, unsupervised handling of basic ER/IR matters — counselling, informal and written warnings, informal processes and case files.
PG Glass keeps South Africa's drivers safely on the road — repairing, replacing and recalibrating automotive glass nationwide.
You'll be the first point of contact and the case manager for a national, embedded workforce — owning everything from recruitment to employee relations, and resolving day-to-day ER/IR matters yourself, end to end.
Escalate issues early and support consistent delivery standards.

Requirements

3 years' HR generalist or People & Culture Officer experience, including hands-on, unsupervised h
Clear communication, good organisation and reliable follow-through.
A practical working style with attention to detail and service quality.
