Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on using Microsoft Word software to generate correspondence and legal documents based on approved precedent documents using the appropriate format and Firm style.
Keep momentum on legal knowledge of law, relevant processes and terminology required for a conveyancing transaction.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Paralegal (available Immediately).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

Relevant experience in legal or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
