Packaging Sales Representative

Do you have a minimum of two years’ experience as an External Sales Representative, with a proven track record of managing client relationships on the road, converting leads, and developing a solid sales pipeline?

Our client, based in the Northern Suburbs, is looking for a motivated and results-driven professional who is passionate about building a successful career in sales.

The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–2 years’ sales experience
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude
• Ability to build relationships and understand client requirements
• Basic computer skills (MS Office; CRM exposure beneficial)

DUTIES:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Conduct client visits to understand needs and present suitable packaging solutions
• Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals
• Support senior sales team members with administrative and client-related tasks
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM systems
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience.
