REQUIREMENTS
- Matric, or related qualification
- Must be efficient in PowerPoint and Excel
- Diploma in administration required
- Excellent command of the English and Afrikaans language, written and spoken
- Highly detail oriented, organised, and deadline driven
- High focus on punctuality and always ensuring details are double checked for accuracy
- Proficiency in using data reporting tools to generate actionable insights
- Own vehicle essential
DUTIES
- Executive diary management experience
- Taking ownership of development projects and representing the company at events
- Setting up of meetings, the venue and attendees
- Strategic Networking and establishing relationships with various community organizations, industry partners and shareholders
- Conducting internet research and writing content for blog posts or press releases
- Working with a high level of integrity and privacy of confidential information
- Research for various of the Directors projects
- Compile minutes of meeting and distribute accordingly
- Prepare high-level presentations on PowerPoint
- Manage international and local travel arrangements, including visas, flights, transport and accommodation
- Serving as the “first point of contact” for emails, enquiries to save time for the Director
- Business support, managing reports, correspondence for the various entities owned by the Director
- Manage property portfolio - coordinating maintenance, service schedules, and tenant queries
- Managing the Director's residence, household staff, and any requirements for family and children
- Basic bookkeeping
- Make oneself available for after hours queries when needed via an office phone
