PA / Administrator – Property Company in Sea Point
Do you enjoy handling a busy desk, multitasking and live close to Sea Point?
Our client, a property real estate company, needs an all-rounder that will develop their skills in property viewings, social media, diary management, and client liaison.
A valid driver’s license and own vehicle is essential.
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, with availability outside these hours if required.

Salary: R negotiable, dependent on experience, and opportunity to earn incentives

REQUIREMENTS
- Matric, or relevant qualification
- Experience in real estate, sales, marketing or content creation is highly advantageous
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- Corporate, professional appearance for upmarket clients
- Strong communicator
- Highly organized and proactive
- High energy for a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and alongside the owner
- Hybrid role (remote and on-site when required for client viewings)
- Workflow varies depending on listings and campaigns
DUTIES
- Calendar and meeting coordination
- Prospect research, managing inbound leads and follow-ups
- Maintain CRM system and deal pipeline management
- Prepare listing packs, offers and compliance documents
- Client and attorney liaison upon signing the contract of sale
- Prepare luxury properties for viewings (presentation, lighting etc)
- Coordinate cleaners, photographers and contractors
- Attend viewings when required
- Client development and sales support
- KPI tracking and weekly reporting
- Support revenue-generating initiatives
- Improve deal flow, elevate client experience and strengthen brand presence
- Basic content creation and brand growth
- Assist with social media execution, including creating simple marketing material
- Capture and edit short-form content
- Contribute creative ideas to elevate listings and brand positioning
