💰 Salary: R9,000 per month + Commission

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Outbound Sales Consultant to join our growing team based in Pinelands, Cape Town.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships, generating opportunities, and helping businesses discover innovative solutions. You will be responsible for outbound sales activities, lead generation, booking demonstrations, and engaging with potential clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients
• Generate and qualify new business leads
• Arrange product demonstrations and appointments
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up on leads and nurture opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales records
• Achieve monthly sales and activity targets
• Work closely with the management and marketing teams

Requirements

• Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, business development, or customer engagement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Basic computer and CRM skills
• Ability to work from our Pinelands office

Advantageous

• Experience in SaaS or software sales
• Experience booking demos or managing pipelines
• Existing sales or client engagement experience
