Outbound Sales Agents - Funeral Cover

The Role

Proven Outbound Sales Agents are required to join a Funeral Cover team in Umhlanga. This is a target-driven sales role offering a base salary of R6,500 plus uncapped commission, benefits and career-development opportunities.

What You Will Do

• Sell funeral cover to South African customers.
• Understand customer needs and communicate product value clearly.
• Handle objections professionally and confidently.
• Work consistently towards daily and monthly sales targets.
• Follow required sales, quality and compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales records.

Requirements

• At least six months' proven outbound telesales experience.
• Clear communication and strong sales ability.
• Target-driven attitude and consistent performance.
• Ability to work in a structured contact-centre environment.
