Outbound Business Development Executive

Our client is a leading South African manufacturer of premium aluminium bakkie canopies and modular accessories. Designed for both work and adventure, our products combine innovation, durability, and functionality to meet the needs of commercial users, fleet owners, outdoor enthusiasts, and overlanding customers. We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Outbound Sales Representative to grow our customer base, build strong dealer relationships, and drive sales throughout South Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and referrals.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Digital Transformation Managers, and Procurement Executives.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.
  • Understand client business challenges and position appropriate technology solutions.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Represent the company professionally at networking events and client meetings.
Minimum Requirements
  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • Relevant qualification in Sales, Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field will be advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years' outbound sales or business development experience.
  • Proven success in B2B sales.
  • Experience selling IT services, software, SaaS, ERP, consulting, cloud, AI, or digital transformation solutions is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter sales mentality.
  • Valid driver's licence – Must have
