Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of We are seeking an experienced ITSM Business Analyst to lead the standardization and governance of IT Service Management (ITSM) reporting metrics across the organization.

Requirements

Relevant experience in insurance or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
