Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing this includes overseeing and supporting organisational design and workforce structures across approximately ±100 branches.
Keep momentum on 10+ years' experience in organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, or organisational development.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a ORGANISATIONAL DESIGN SPECIALIST (JEPPESTOWN, GAUTENG).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
