Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Operations & Process Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations, improve internal processes, and lead teams across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily operational activities across multiple departments.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Manage and support team leaders and departmental staff.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement procedures, policies, and best practices.
  • Ensure operational targets and service standards are consistently achieved.

Requirements

Essential

  • Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Process Manager, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple teams or departments.
  • Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.


Advantageous

  • Relevant qualification in Operations Management, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience implementing process improvement methodologies.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience working with operational reporting and KPI management.
