Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operational activities across multiple departments.

Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Process Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
Advantageous
- Relevant qualification in Operations Management, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience implementing process improvement methodologies.
- Project management experience.
