Operations Manager – Hospitality

Our Client, a well-established hospitality business, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across their hospitality venues. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong operational, people-management, and service-delivery experience.

The successful candidate will ensure operational efficiency, exceptional guest experiences, and compliance with company standards.

Job Description

• Oversee daily operations across hospitality outlets or properties
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor operational costs, stock control, and supplier relationships
• Implement operational procedures and service standards
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations
• Resolve operational issues and customer escalations
• Prepare operational reports for senior management

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in hospitality operations management
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Experience in hotels, lodges, restaurants, or tourism operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
