Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of A bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, retail management, marketing, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
Keep momentum on previous senior management or operational executive management experience, having worked within the retail, FMCG, or building merchant industry or related is pref.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Operations Executive - Must come from the Retail Industry.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of retail work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
