Abalobi Solutions needs a Operations Engineer Expert (Cloud-native operations + Kubernetes platform + Observability engineering + GitOps automation + CI/CD pipeline management) who can step into a practical role in Midrand/Menlyn/Rosslyn/Home Office Rotation. A key part of the work involves Minimum 12+ years working experience in IT Operations / DevOps / Platform Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Operations Engineer Expert (Cloud-native operations + Kubernetes platform + Observability engineering + GitOps automation + CI/CD pipeline management).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.
Spot risks early and escalate practical issues before they become blockers.

Requirements

12+ years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
