Synopsis

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Online Sales Representative to generate sales and build strong customer relationships through digital channels. You will engage with potential customers via websites, email, social media, live chat, and messaging platforms to promote products or services and convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries through online platforms, email, live chat, and social media
Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into customers
Provide product and service information to prospective customers
Follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
Process online orders and assist customers throughout the purchasing journey
Meet monthly sales and conversion targets
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems
Handle customer concerns and provide solutions professionally
Monitor online sales trends and customer behaviour

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

Matric certificate (minimum requirement)
Previous sales, customer service, or e-commerce experience is advantageous
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident and persuasive approach to sales
Good computer literacy and familiarity with digital platforms
Experience with CRM, e-commerce, or online sales tools is advantageous
Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
