Omnichannel Communications & Audience Engagement Coordinator

Role Overview

Build professional visibility, communication flow and lead nurturing across specialist technical brands serving infrastructure, utilities, engineering and property audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain communications calendars across LinkedIn, email, newsletters, blogs, website updates and business channels.
• Turn approved projects, technical content, case studies, product information and campaign assets into channel-appropriate communications.
• Draft and coordinate customer newsletters and audience communications.
• Engage engineers, municipalities, utilities, consultants, contractors, distributors, property and facilities professionals.
• Support specialist pipeline development, audience engagement and lead nurturing.
• Coordinate communication with technical teams, Sales, digital content and social-media colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B communications, audience development, marketing coordination or lead nurturing.
• Strong writing, editing, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to professional audiences.
• Experience with LinkedIn, email, newsletters, blogs and website channels.
• Comfort working with technical teams and multiple communication workstreams.
