REQUIREMENTS
- Matric, Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- High level of attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
DUTIES
- Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
- Preparing and issuing quotations accurately and timeously
- Responding to client and internal emails promptly and effectively
- Maintaining organised records and filing systems
- Assisting with general administrative duties as required
- Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
