Office Administrator

Our client, based in Black River Park, is seeking a professional and highly organised Administrator to support their daily operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric, Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

DUTIES
  • Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Preparing and issuing quotations accurately and timeously
  • Responding to client and internal emails promptly and effectively
  • Maintaining organised records and filing systems
  • Assisting with general administrative duties as required
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
