Propel Personnel is hiring a National Sales Manager: FMCG retail in Fourways. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to serving customers well while keeping stock, standards and daily operations under control.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Massmart, Checkers, Pick n Pay, etc.).
Support the team by managing review new retail channels to determine feasibility and strategy for entry.
Support the team by managing ensure demand planning supports retail needs.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a National Sales Manager: FMCG retail.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

8+ years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
