National Business Development Manager - URGENT

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced National Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships across South Africa. This role is suited to a commercially driven professional with a strong track record in sales, partnerships, and revenue generation.

? Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement national business development strategies aligned to organisational goals
-Identify and secure new business opportunities and revenue streams
-Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
-Lead negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions
-Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions
-Track performance against targets and provide detailed reporting
-Drive brand visibility and market expansion initiatives

? Minimum Requirements:
-Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
-Minimum of 10 years’ experience in business development or sales, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
-Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
-Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
-Experience managing national accounts or multi-region portfolios
-Willingness to travel nationally
-Valid driver’s license
