Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Client is seeking a candidate who is able to work on a large payroll of +- 1400 employees and growing.
Take ownership of You must be able to handle the full function payroll by yourself and have experience working on Payspace.
Take ownership of You must understand and follow Labour Law, BCEA and BCCEI and not bend the rules.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a NAM 18365 - Payroll & HR Specialist - East Rand.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

5 years of relevant experience
A practical working style with the ability to prioritise when several tasks compete.
A professional approach to deadlines, service quality and daily priorities.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
