Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on 3–5 years' experience in motor fitting or rotating equipment maintenance.
Support the team by managing experience with AC/DC motors, pumps, and industrial machinery preferred.
Support the team by managing inspect, diagnose, and repair electric motors and rotating equipment.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Motor Fitter / Electric Motor Fitter.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
