Role Overview

Employee Empowerment Experts is hiring a Money-Driven Outbound Call Centre Sales Agents - Basic + Uncapped Commission in Sunninghill. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused call centre team with practical day-to-day responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing call potential clients using leads provided (be prepared to make at least 300 calls a day).
Take ownership of 1–2 years Outbound Call Centre Sales experience (Financial Services experience preferred).
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Money-Driven Outbound Call Centre Sales Agents - Basic + Uncapped Commission.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

1 to 2 years of relevant experience
A practical working style with the ability to prioritise when several tasks compete.
A professional approach to deadlines, service quality and daily priorities.
