Role Overview

MH Solutions needs a Mining Production Engineer - Kathu who can step into a practical role in Kathu. A key part of the work involves Kathu The Mining Production Engineer is responsible for overseeing production activities across two open-cast manganese mining operations in the Northern Cape.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Oversee daily production operations across two open-cast manganese mining sites.
Take ownership of Ensure mining operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with production targets.
Take ownership of Monitor and optimise production outputs, operational efficiencies, and mining activities.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Mining Production Engineer - Kathu.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of mining work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
