Flink Recruit Pretoria is hiring a Mine Manager in Northern Cape. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused mining team with practical day-to-day responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on o Metalliferous Mines (preferred for open pit mining).
Support the team by managing minimum 10–15 years mining experience.
Take ownership of Minimum 5 years in senior mining management role.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Mine Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

10 to 15 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
