Role Overview

Network Engineering is hiring a Mine Manager (GCC) in Delmas. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused mining team with practical day-to-day responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing minimum 10–15+ years' experience in mining operations.
Keep momentum on o Opencast coal mining (highly advantageous) o Opencast mining methods and equipment.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Mine Manager (GCC).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

15+ years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
