Mine Engineer (GCC)

Role Overview

This Mine Engineer (GCC) opportunity in Delmas gives the right candidate a chance to work in mining with clear responsibilities and visible impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team by managing o Mobile mining fleet (excavators, trucks, dozers, loaders).
• Take ownership of Minimum 10–15 years' experience in mining operations.
• Support the team by managing o Opencast coal mining (highly advantageous) o Mining Engineering.
• Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Mine Engineer (GCC).
• Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience
• Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
• Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
• Comfort with the systems, tools or technical platforms mentioned in the source role.
