Role Overview

SRG Recruitment (Pty) Ltd. is hiring a MILLWRIGHT (Trade Tested) in Pinetown. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to keeping technical work accurate, practical and aligned to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Must have a Trade Test as a Millwright, with a minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a MILLWRIGHT (Trade Tested).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
